The Synthesis Studio is the capstone course in the Master of Community Planning Program. It builds integrative skills and enables students to produce a professional plan with their own distinct focus.

This project focuses on the existing housing condition of Jeter Neighborhood, Opelika, AL. By analyzing the issues, different solutions have been provided to improve current condition in the housing sector in the selected study area.
